Jewellery Information

    •    All of our jewellery is made with plated gold or silver (unless otherwise stated) and treated to be tarnish-resistant. However, with regular wear and over time, some fading or dullness may occur.

    •    We recommend using a jewellery polishing cloth to maintain shine and appearance.

    •    Please note: Due to the nature of plated jewellery, fading over time is expected and does not constitute a product defect.

Earrings Care

    •    Earrings are subject to normal wear and tear. Buyers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their earrings.

    •    To clean, use rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth.

    •    Store your earrings in a dry, safe location—either flat or hanging. Avoid contact with water, especially if the earrings contain brass components.

Crystal Information

    •    All crystals used in our products are ethically and legally sourced.

 

Candle Use & Safety Instructions

• If you plan to light your candle, please remove all decorative items (such as dried florals, seashells, and crystals) from the top of the candle before burning.

• Do not burn if the container is cracked.

• Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container during each burn to prevent "tunneling."

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish before leaving the room.

• Do not move or carry the candle while it's burning or while the wax is still hot.

• Trim the wick to 4mm before each use to ensure a clean, even burn.

• Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

• Stop using the candle when there is less than 1cm of wax remaining at the bottom.

 

Exchanges & Returns

    •    For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

    •    Free shipping is available on all orders over $150 (within Australia).

    •    All orders are shipped via Australia Post (tracked).

    •    Express shipping is available—please select this option during checkout.

    •    Orders are processed within 1 to 3 Business Days For Jewellery 5 to 7 days if candles are made to order 

 , in addition to shipping time.

    •    We ship worldwide.
